Refund Policy
Cancellations/Reschedules

  • More than 48 hours' notice:
    If you decide to cancel your appointment, you can reschedule or receive a refund minus a $30 USD administration/banking fee.
    Tube weaning cancellations will incur a $40 USD fee.
    Support days will be refunded in full, provided no service has already been rendered.

  • Less than 48 hours' notice:
    You will be refunded the full amount minus a $100 USD late cancellation fee to cover the consultant's time and administration/banking costs.
    Support days will be refunded in full as long as no service has already been provided.

  • Less than 24 hours' notice:
    We will refund 50% of the consultation fee to cover the consultant’s time and administration/banking costs.
    Support days will be refunded in full, if no service has been rendered.

  • No shows/unable to proceed at time of call:
    No refunds will be provided if you do not attend or are unable to proceed with your appointment at the scheduled time.

Questionnaire
We require a completed questionnaire 48 hours before your scheduled consultation. If we do not receive the questionnaire, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment. In such cases, a $100 USD cancellation fee will be deducted from any refund. Please ensure your email address is correct when booking to receive reminders. Once the consultation has occurred or services have been provided, no refund will be issued.

Support Days
Support days must be used within two weeks of the scheduled consultation or they will be forfeited. This policy is in place because our consultants limit the number of consultations per day to accommodate clients, and support time is allocated accordingly. Only canceled consultations will be eligible for a refund for support days. If support has already been provided, no refund will be given.

Tube Weaning Support Days
If you wish to discontinue your tube weaning plan, you must notify us in writing within two weeks of your consultation. In this case, only unused support days will be refunded. Once support has been provided, no refund will be issued.

No Refunds / No Guarantees
Please note that once services have been rendered, including consultations and support sessions, no refunds will be issued. Our services are personalized and time-sensitive, and as such, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
